Last EPL Match For This Season...

Latest standing:
1) Man Utd 84 pts (+56)
2) Chelsea 84 pts (+39)

What a season this has been already and it's going to get a lot better come on Sunday. Chelsea will be going out with the intention of winning, scoring early and putting the pressure on Man United. If Chelsea can score early and the news filters up to the JJB Stadium, Man Utd could make a mistake that lets Wigan in.

This Sunday will be the first occasion the Premier League has gone into the final day with the top two locked together on equal points. The last time it occurred in the top flight was 40 years ago when Man City overcame Man Utd to win their second league championship.

Grant's will have to make do without Nicolas Anelka, who is ineligible to play against his former club, while he has fitness doubts over two players. Key defender Ricardo Carvalho has been undergoing intensive treatment after injuring his back in the 2-0 victory at Newcastle on Monday.

The Portugal international was replaced by Alex in the closing stages at St James' Park, with the former PSV player standing by to deputise if needed. Striker Salomon Kalou has been hampered by an ankle injury, but is expected to have recovered in time to take his place in the squad.

Sunday's trip to Stamford Bridge could be the final game in a Bolton shirt for a number of Trotters players. El-Hadji Diouf, Ivan Campo, Stelios Giannakopoulos, Ricardo Gardner and Andranik Teymourian are all out of contract in the summer, with Diouf already stating he is heading to pastures new

Our Premier League record at Stamford Bridge against Bolton is as follows:
1995/96 Chelsea won 3-2
1997/98 Chelsea won 2-0
2001/02 Chelsea won 5-1
2002/03 Chelsea won 1-0
2003/04 Bolton won 2-1
2004/05 Drew 2-2
2005/06 Chelsea won 5-1
2006/07 Drew 2-2

No doubt that Chelsea can win this game, this is an important game, this is the season finale....
