Chelsea Injury List Grows

As Chelsea contemplate a trip to Transylvania, to play Cluj, Luiz Felipe Scolari can only watch on as his injury problems mount.

Already out are Michael Essien, Anderson Deco and Ricardo Carvalho. However, major doubts now exist regarding the fitness of two wide players, Joe Cole and Salomon Kalou.

Cole missed the trip to Stoke with a slight tear in his thigh muscle whilst Kalou was forced off at half time at Stoke after seemingly picking up an ankle injury battling to win back possession midway through the first half.

Speaking after the clash with Stoke, Scolari was unable to confirm the situation regarding possible selection, remarking,

'I don't know [for Kalou] because it's the second time in the same leg, I wish and I think for Romania it is okay,'

'For Joe [Cole], I say nothing until tomorrow, but Deco and Ricardo [Carvalho] are out.'

We`ll endeavour to provide further updates when available.

Portsmouth 0 -4 Chelsea!

Chelsea has given Portsmouth another same scoreline thrashing last night in a Carling Cup match.
I was upset that Astro Supersport showed the game between the BARCODES vs SPUDS instead of the Mighty Chelsea Blues this morning!

Anyway, we won again, nuff' said, NEXT! :P

Chelsea sign Miniero!

I don't know much about this guy but according to Super Scolari, he plays like Claude Makelele.

Miniero has been released by Hertha Berlin and was signed by Chelsea as a backup replacement for the injured Michael Essien who is out for 6 months if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, WELCOME to CHELSEA Miniero!!!!

Could he be wearing the Vacant jersey number 7??

Chelsea vs Manchester United part 2!!

Not mine, enjoy anyway! :P

So after 2 mins and 35 seconds (approximately) of injury time in the second half of our match against Manure, we received a free kick on the edge of the area after a dubious foul by Ferdinand. The events that happened after the whistle have left me confused and I wonder if I am the only one still asking "what if?" or "Eh?"

As soon as the referee had blown up, Rio started walking. He had already received his first yellow card and its possible he was walking away to the tunnel from his second and therefore red card. He could`ve been walking towards Sir Alex asking for guidance in what was already a chaotic last 10 mins, or he believed that the game had ended.

If my memory serves me correctly (apologies if it doesn`t) but I remember a Man Utd player down "injured" at the same time, meaning that the clock was running down past the 3 minutes intended, also stalling not only the free-kick but Mike Riley`s decisions. If the player hadn`t been down requiring treatment, would there have been a red card and also time for a free-kick / goal attempt?

Another part of the situation that not only puzzled me but angered me was the attitude of Sir Alex after the foul. He started striding onto the pitch calling his players off. This mentality reminded me of a Champions League game last year where a team was fed up with the decisions of the ref and the manager called his players off the pitch well before time had finished. So had Alex had enough? Or did he know that it was full time? There wasn`t really any need to part Neville from the ref, he was merely discussing events from the game like all Captains are entitled to.

Basically, I`m a little gutted because we had a chance for a free-kick on the edge of the area and possibly thanks to some Manure interruptions we lost out on it.

Chelsea Remain Unbeaten At Stamford Bridge

Chelsea 1 - Manchester United 1

Substitute Salomon Kalou kept Chelsea's lengthy unbeaten home record intact after heading home an equaliser in a 1-1 draw with title rivals Manchester United.

For long periods, Chelsea appeared to be on course for a first Premier League defeat at Stamford Bridge since February 2004 until Kalou popped up 10 minutes from time.

A lively opening spell from United saw the reigning champions take the lead on 18 minutes when Petr Cech spilled Dimitar Berbatov's shot and Park Ji-sung slotted home the rebound.

Chelsea improved as the game wore on, with both Joe Cole and Nicolas Anelka missing golden opportunities to equalise for the Blues.

But, after Wayne Rooney had conceded a needless free-kick, John Obi Mikel picked out the unmarked Kalou to head beyond substitute goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak.

HOME of the Blues! OR The Blues Base! OR The BRIDGE!

WE NEED A "HOME GROUND"...

I have seen that some of our loyal fans at the chatbox suggested that we watch this upcoming game at the home of the liverpooh supporters that is "Le Stadium" and well i say no! (With all due respect to Le Stadium and Liverpool supporters I'm sorry for involving you in this discussion! Btw, nyaman2 kali ahh makanan di Le Stadium! *mengampu!*) :P Back to the topic about our own home ground, I nominate TK restaurant in GADONG as our home ground because:

John Terry Free!

BIG BIG GOOD NEWS! Our fantastic captain is free to play against Manchester United this weekend after his initial red card given by referee Mark Halsey during the Manchester City game.

We won again, Nuff' said, NEXT! :P

CHELSEA 4 - 0 bordeaux

WHAT A GAME is all i can say! Chelsea played wonderful all through out the game with neat passing and long distance shooting and one two's and backpasses and it goes on and on! Very entertaining indeed!

Chelsea's first goal was a header from Frankie Lampard which Bosingwa crossed very neatly and the second goal too was a header from an unlikely source, JOE COLE! Joey Cole scored a HEADER from a corner and believe it or not, he was marked by TWO taller defenders than him but still managed to head the ball in!

FLORENT MALOUDA scored after a wonderful exchange passes starting from MIKEL to LAMPARD and his backheel pass to MALOUDA who sent the ball pass the keeper! WONDERFUL FINISHING too from the Frenchman! (I have always believed in Malouda and looks like he's found his rhythm!)

The fourth goal was scored by another Frenchman, NICOLAS ANELKA who goalpoached after a THUNDEROUS long range strike that hit the crossbar from JULIANO BELLETI!

Bordeaux was poor through out the game but the way Chelsea played tonight was simply magnificent! So there you go, we won again, nuff' said!
